Mactan Scuba University
We are a small PADI dive center in Mactan Island, where Cebu International Airport is located.
At MSU, we offer a variety of PADI license courses and diving tours to exciting dive sites in Cebu, Professional development courses such as divemaster, instructor development course (IDC), EFR Instructor, specialty instructor and upgrading courses for PADI instructors.
MSU is staffed by course directors who are the topmost rank of all PADI instructors.
We try to schedule all diving sessions to be as private as possible, and we try to keep the number of students as small as possible, so we can provide the perfect safe diving environment for those who want to learn the basics of diving properly.
Access
You need to make reservations at least 2 days before you arrive at Mactan for diving. Please note that we do not accept walk in guests and on the day reservations, so please use the online form to contact us first. We will send you a link to our reservation website.
